Shipping & Returns Policy

At Emily Jane Skin, we strive to provide exceptional service and transparency. Below are our policies for shipping and returns.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Orders Under £80:
    • Carrier: Royal Mail
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–5 working days
    • Shipping Cost: £3.99
  • Orders £80 and Above:
    • Carrier: DHL
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 1–3 working days
    • Shipping Cost: FREE

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to the UK only. For inquiries about international delivery, please contact us at hello@emilyjaneskin.co.uk

4. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@emilyjaneskin.co.uk Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Return an Item

  • Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed-for delivery service.
  • We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
  • Please include a copy of your order with the returned goods to help us process your return and refund.
  • Email us at hello@emilyjaneskin.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Important Notes

We cannot process refunds for goods that:

  • Are not returned within the specified 14-day period
  • Have been opened, used, or damaged Are not in their original packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before refunds are reflected.

If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@emilyjaneskin.co.uk.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

All undeliverable packages due to:

  • Incorrect name or address,
  • The recipient being unavailable to receive the delivery, or
  • Failure to claim the package,

will be refunded minus any delivery costs incurred by Emily Jane Skin in sending the products to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at (insert website) Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and regulations.

Change of mind

  1. If you have simply changed your mind, we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be: · in saleable condition. · unused with all original packaging.
    • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable).
    • not subject to the exclusions listed below.
    • the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
  2. Emily Jane Skin, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
